About the RF Venue CPB

The CP Beam is a high-gain helical that folds flat like a camp chair — 9 dBd of directional punch that collapses into a rack drawer at load-out. Circular polarization is the trick for IEM transmit: whatever angle a performer's beltpack antenna ends up at, a circularly polarized wave still couples into it, which is why a combiner-fed CP Beam is the standard upgrade over a stubby whip on hostile RF days. Passive and reciprocal, it serves equally as a long-throw receive antenna for wireless mics.

Passive folding helical, 470–698 MHz, 9 dBd, right-hand circular polarization. N female jack with N→BNC adapter included. IEM transmit or mic receive duty; folds flat for the drawer.
