The Heritage Audio HA-73 EQ Elite is a hand-wired single-channel 1073-style mic preamp with a 3-band EQ — Carnhill input transformer, Class-A topology, and the iconic Neve mid-range character at a fraction of an authentic 1073's price. Lives on touring rigs as a dedicated lead-vox channel strip; many engineers loop a pair of them on lead-and-backup vox. Heritage's build quality is genuinely tour-grade — these survive years of fly dates better than most boutique gear in the same price tier.
